WHERE DO I MEET MY DRIVER AT JACKSONVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?
Meet the driver inside by the Meet and Greet Desk by Delta Baggage Belt #1. Your driver should have already texted you as the plane lands.
DO YOU OFFER "MEET AND GREET" OR "MEET IN BAGGAGE" SERVICE AT THE AIRPORT?
BKCK Transportation Services offers both "meet and greet" service and "meet in baggage" service. "Meet and greet" limousine service is usually booked for large groups, meetings, or conventions. "Meet in baggage" service is generally booked for individual greetings, special needs individuals, or special VIPs. Both services are available for a fee upon request.
WHAT IF I AM NOT READY AT THE ARRANGED PICK-UP TIME? WILL I BE CHARGED FOR WAITING TIME?
As an executive limousine service, BKCK Transportation Services gives customers 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. After this time, BKCK Transportation Services will charge waiting time in 15-minute intervals at the standard vehicle hourly rate.
HOW CAN I OBTAIN A RECEIPT FOR MY CHARGES?
BKCK Transportation Services automatically sends a receipt to the email address on file after payment is made. An additional receipt may be requested to be sent to an alternative email address. We apologize, but our BKCK Transportation Services chauffeurs do not provide receipts.
